Supporting Documents Required
To help us process your child’s enrolment smoothly, we ask families to provide a set of supporting documents.
Student Identification
1. Birth Certificate or passport.
2. Visa/ Residency ( If applicable)
Parent/Guardian Details
Passport or driver’s licence
Proof of Address
Recent utility bill, lease agreement or rates notice
Previous School Records
Latest school report; NAPLAN ( if applicable); any assessment/ reports
Health and well being
Immunisation history statement; Medicare card; allergy/asthma/anaphylaxis action plans; relevant medical/specialist reports

Family Court/ Custody Orders ( if applicable)
To finalise enrolment at Maarif, families must provide supporting documents such as proof of student identity, parent/guardian details, address, previous school records, and any health information. These documents ensure eligibility, meet government requirements, and help us create a safe, supportive environment for every student.
Application for Enrolment ($200)
The application for enrolment requires a $200 non-refundable fee, which covers all the processing and ensures your child’s application is reviewed by our admissions team.
Foundation (Prep) to Year 6
Tuition Fee: $4,000
Excludes exercise books, stationery pack, textbooks, and online reading resources (additional $250).
Years 7 and 8
Tuition Fee: $4,500
Includes textbooks, exercise books, stationery pack, and online learning resources.
School Bus Services
Maarif provides a safe, reliable, and convenient daily bus service for families across selected suburbs. Students are collected and dropped off at designated stops each morning and afternoon, with real-time tracking available for parents through our bus card system.
Exciting News for 2026
As part of our commitment to supporting families, bus fees will be $0 for all students in 2026 — the service will be completely free of charge. Bookings are essential.

Our 2025/26 bus routes currently cover:
- Broadmeadows
- Craigieburn
- Mount Ridley
- Wallan
Routes are regularly reviewed based on family demand, and additional stops may be added depending on interest and capacity.
How Our Bus Service Keeps Students Safe
Every student using the Maarif bus service is issued a trackable bus card to tap on in the morning and tap off in the afternoon.
This system provides:
- Real-time notifications to parents
- Accurate attendance tracking for student safety
- Peace of mind for families
Replacement cards are available for $20 if lost or damaged.
Safety & Behaviour Expectations
To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all passengers:
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
- Students must remain seated throughout the journey.
- Devices such as iPads or phones are not permitted on the bus.
- Respectful behaviour toward the driver and fellow students is required.
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the bus service.
How to Apply for the Bus Service
Families can apply for a bus place through the school office or enrolments team. admin@zoretec.com
Seats are allocated based on:
- Available capacity
- Suburb and demand
- Order of registration
